Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Had the worst experience today at a Columbus location. Ordered through their app online, my order was cancelled but they charged my card. Called for a refund and the shift lead on the phone wasn’t helpful at all. I couldn’t talk to a manager and I didn’t get my money back. Never again! 0/10

I went here for the first time and I was disappointed. I paid $11.26 for a dragon fruit bowl and the bowl was too small for that price. Also, the fruits didn’t look fresh at all. Pineapples look like it came out the can. Smh, I will not go there anymore.

The Benton location gave us the worst service. We spent 40 minutes waiting on our food. We won’t be back.

While traveling on I-40 we Stopped at Tropical Smoothie in Shawnee, OK on08/08 at 7:30pm. It was the best flat bread, quesadillas and Bahamian Mamma drinks we’ve ever had! Keep up the great work, this staff knocked it out of the park!!!!

This location is AMAZING!!!! The customer service is TOP NOTCH. I have been to many tropical smoothies but this is the best one.

Their service has improved TREMENDOUSLY!! Not sure if they got a new manager or if they were finally listening to the people, but I love the atmosphere so much more. The employees are so friendly now and my food always comes out right. SO grateful for the change

Great smoothies, food, music, and atmosphere.

We always enjoyed eating at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It's delicious and a better taste than hamburgers, pizza and tacos. Especially if you want something healthier than meat, bread and french fries. I like the atmosphere (it's beachy) - I downgraded it a little because it is noisy - there is nothing to absorb the sounds/noise of the kitchen, so it is a little difficult to carry on a conversation. I see some complaints about the speed of service. It can happen during peak times, but we always go inside, so I never noticed it. I suppose if you expect to pick up at the window, order ahead.
The smoothies are a little pricey for me, but they are half price with a meal, so that makes them worth it. More satisfying than a coke.

They started off pretty rocky which is why their rating is low, but they’ve improved dramatically! They have much nicer employees and better wait times. Though I will say as the only healthy fast food restaurant in the area I don’t mind the wait. The food is really good!
