I had a bad experience at the one in Clarksville on Wilma Rudolph. My promise time for my wrap was 1:16 and I waited till 1:46 before I got my food. The manager was dismissive of the fact I wasted half my lunch in line even though I had ordered ahead. The manager didn’t offer any kind of credit either. I will not be back to that location. Poor customer service and poor management.

I called in my order today for a Caribbean jerk wrap that was customized and went in to pick it up. I decided to sit in my car and eat it since I was planning on making a stop instead of going straight home. As I took the second bite, I noticed something hard in my mouth. I thought it might have been a burnt piece of meat. I reached into my mouth and pulled out a hard peace of plastic. It was the plastic used to close up the bread or wrap packaging. I immediately went into the store to show them. They looked at it and acknowledged that it goes on the bread packaging. I told them it's not supposed to be in my food. They didn't know what to do. I asked to see a manager but none was there. They gave me a card to contact a manager. I thank God because if I would have ignored the hardness and swallow, I probably would have choked.

they have two people working and only one person taking orders and making smoothies so for something that should be super quick and easy takes way too long. And their customer service is subpar and all their food is just microwaved. Please open up a Jamba Juice by me !!!

My daughter just visited the location on university Avenue in Madison. She ordered a smoothie with healthy ingredients to be added. One of the smart mouth idiot worker decided to say the choice of options my daughter requested sounds nasty, needless to say the smoothie is for my daughter fighting a serious illness. Perhaps the staff could use more training on how to better deal with the public so reviews like this won't be made. We're from.out of town and will not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Please don't go there in Central LA- 031 WAS ON MY RECEIPTS store owner claim their name was Kim and employees didn't not want to give me a refund for the wrong order that was rung up.. She claimed they were only teenagers and they don't have access to customer satisfaction... Kim was very rude.. with a lot of shouting... Employees didn't want to give any numbers to talk to anyone.. Place need to be shut down.. still waiting on refund.. They will take your money...

I have never been so disrespected. The staff forgot to include items in our order and when I called to have them refund my money they stated they couldn’t do that. I went back up to the store to pick up my missing items. They did not acknowledge my presence and when I explained the situation they told me I was going to have to wait. I explained again the situation and they proceeded to be very disrespectful and told me to stop tripping. After waiting awhile one staff member threw the sandwich and side dish in the bag and at me. When I was leaving they proceeded to call me names and continue to be rude. This is not the first time we had this issue at this location with the same staff.

Employees were absolutely so disrespectful. We ordered online and the food said it was going to be ready for 5:03 we ended up having to wait another twenty minutes. It wasn’t a big deal but then we found out we were missing some of our food. We called and they us it was there but upon arriving the employees told us we were going to have to wait and they were really busy. We had ordered our food over an hour ago so we shouldn’t have to wait at all! Not to mention there was nobody there…Then because the drama just keeps happening one of the employees was extremely rude and decided to throw our food everywhere :D

The food is great, and it always tastes fresh. I absolutely love this place!

Vegetarian options: My best friend is vegan and eats here all the time, so there are definitely lots of yummy options.

The employees, aren't outstanding towards customers. They act like an average person you would casually have to talk to if you had to walk by them at a store. With that being said, ordering is pretty easy and it seems like they know what they're doing/ talking about. They also finish your order pretty dang quick, and i like that a lot. Food/ items are pretty good for the most part, and i enjoy coming over here to grab something to drink.This is only my second time coming to this restaurant ever, and i strongly believe I'll be coming back once or twice a month to grab me something nice to enjoy.
