They say you never get a chance for a second impression. Well that being said. My wife and I decided to get something to eat. There was a few customers there. But wasn’t too busy. We both ordered the chicken strips and fries. Now I don’t know if the cook lost track of time or what. But the chicken strips were so over cooked I couldn’t eat them without tearing the breading off. My wife even said she had a hard time eating her dinner.

The thing about Hook’s Marina is that there is plenty of parking with your boat trailer, clean port o’ potties and a store for snacks at the end of your fishing day.

There's always something fun going on out here. The views of the lake are nice.
Honestly its a pretty descent place, and convenient. Its right by the water with a boat ramp where you can launch your boat, there's a gas pump thing on the pier to fill your boat up, and they have a lot of stuff you could need while fishing, like ibuprofen or Tylenol, life jackets, baits, shirts, drinks, icee's, snacks, etc. Sitting outside by the water was pretty nice. I got a cheeseburger and it was good
