The owner is easily offended. They actually close at 7pm. Just so you know that she doesn’t operate off of Google and you have to use her web page, Beware that if she is approached, she does not have business etiquette. She was sweet the first time we came. Her employees are amazing. But, they open early and she is definitely overwhelmed, overworked, and small town mentality that operates to serve locals only. Her team pays the price. To the server. Friendly and food is Perfect Everytime I come thru there!
Only reason they are getting 4 stars is because the food I had on my visit just wasn't very good.Now it was a lunch special and I've always heard good things about this place. But the gravy was terrible and the cornbread needs help. (I was told to get a different gravy next time. )We were offered our money back but we refused the offer. He liked his and I know I'm just picky.I will give them another shot. Because the staff was great. The offered to fix it, they offered every solution to rectify the situation.But I refused. I was already a good way into the food. And didn't feel like it was just so terrible that i needed a refund.Keep up the wonderful customer service!
