I can not get enough of Gabby’s food! All the options are so fresh and authentic. Best tamales on 🌎.
We get several packs of tamales everytime we know we’ll be in her area and we freeze them when we get home to CO. They’re packed perfectly for storage and travel and they are perfect when we reheat weeks later. I’m sure they would stay fresh for many months in the freezer, but we have not been able to test that theory since we devour them quite rapidly.

got the birria street tacos with consome and the birria Ramen and it was so delicious. I recommend anyone who is passing or live in Chauvin to go try them out 💯% 5 stars for me
food was absolutely delicious. we will definitely be getting food again here. food has amazing flavor. I highly recommend you try this place if you haven't yet.
