“Ordered a 44oz., and took a few sips, as I waited on my Mother to receive her smoothie. On my last sip I felt a not-so-normal consistency in my smoothie, as I whirled my tongue around and captured a transparent piece of something the size of my pointer fingernail. I simply threw it in trash and thought I would take a few more sips and the same thing happened.
I immediately went back up to the beverage receiving end and told the employees of this mishaps and the manager offered to remake it. She remade and rendered me free future items for my troubles. The young manager was sweet and direct. You could tell she was definitely all about the customer.
Things happen and diligent precautions prevents negligent performance.“
