Love this place. When I first walked in the door I saw a teenage boy with a bucket and towel cleaning the tables. I mean he was putting some elbow grease into what he was doing. Everyone there was so inviting and friendly. This place has some of the best hot water cornbread I've had in years. It was crispy light and fluffy at the same time. Yes, I agree, it's not some fancy, newly decorated spot, but it is a comfortable and welcoming place with fantastic food that more than makes up for the lack of frills. If you prioritize incredible flavor and a good, solid meal, you need to go here.
