The building is old and run down... Buuutttt we all know that's where you find the best BBQ, right? Grayson's is a landmark in this area, known for the best BBQ around. While that moniker may be correct, it's not the best I've ever had. Their baked beans are probably my favorite, oddly enough.
We always get a ham from Grayson’s for Christmas; it’s a tradition. In between times though, we can get sliced ham by the pound and ribs and chopped beef sandwiches and sausage…. everything I’ve had there is delicious!
I've been coming here for about 30 years. It's a local institution and worth a stop if you're passing through.First time visitors often order plates, but the real gems are the sandwiches (always pay the extra few cents for the homemade bun). They're known for the chipped beef, which is always my top recommendation. But, I actually prefer the sliced ham sandwich.
