We happened to be passing by and stopped in because of a recommendation. We had the buffet and loved their food. The fried chicken was crispy and moist. also had red beans, rice, green, and cornbread that was also excellent. Everyone was so friendly and the service was A+. We will be back!
This is the best home-cooked food in Clinton hands down. I had smothered turkey wings and gravy yams and greens and fried chicken it all was amazing. Some people just cook and prepare food. Mrs Carter puts her heart into her cooking and when and while your there you feel like family.
Y’all I usually don’t do these review things because I’m just terrible at it but omg. This business deserves a review! It was the most welcoming restaurant I’ve ever walked into, they were so nice & got me in and out super fast!
On to the food-I got the pastalaya plate with corn and yams, the portion was well worth the price and it was so delicious!
I can’t wait to try other varieties of food from here!
