I waited 15 mins for my food to get ready which’s is fine after it told me who was going to bring it you could see them inside talking and having fun after another 15 min I cancelled my order because I stilled did get it

My son just ordered one full meal that was supposed to have a supersonic cheeseburger deal but ended up having one patty on it and the 2nd burger as well. We paid for it but made incorrectly now no one wants to answer the phonelines!!! The order had already been taken by one, but my son had to go over it again with a different customer rep..He had just gotten off from work looking forward to a pleasant meal & he was tired! Not acceptable..Clinton Louisiana location..fix this for the next customer!!

If you want ice cream, you’re in the right place. If you want a “Blast”, you’re in the wrong place. For a small Sonic Blast, they put maybe 1/2 tsp of toppings in the “Blast”. So, you’re paying $5 for vanilla ice cream with just toppings on top of the ice cream, no toppings mixed in the entire blast. I feel I deserve a refund. Usually you see the owners name & contact info at the bottom of each menu stall, but nothing on these. The whole place needs a facelift!!

Haven't been to sonics in a while. But this experience was out of the ordinary. I was greeted by my service / attendant who is beautiful but what made it more interesting she was on a pair of roller blades had to been there to see the moment. But the service was spectacular and the food was great I always order extra out of bounds to make sure that it's fresh
