Been calling this restaurant for 10 minutes and their phone us apparently off the hook. So we went by and walked in to order to take home and a girl asked how many and my daughter said I've bee calling and your phone must be off the hook but we need to place an order to go and the girl went to the back and after 5 minutes she still hadn't came back so Ieft. We go to this place very often and their service seems to be getting worse and worse. We were there with a group of about 12 people a few weeks ago and everyone got their food and was finished eating before I got my plate of food. That is how you lose customers.

Waitresses were great but the men in the kitchen were very perverted they kept staring at me and my sisters all of us are very obviously taken and even after they were asked to stop they kept going and biting their lips while staring at us specifically the young women and my 12 year old sister.

The food is really good here. The menu is unique compared to other Mexican restaurants in NELA. my only problem was how close we had to sit to other families with the tables along the wall. They should really consider removing one table to spread them all out a little more. My husband refuses to go back because he doesn't want to feel like he's sitting with strangers.

Have always loved El Patio and this new one in Chatham did not disappoint! Great service, great food & the restaurant looks amazing!
Sign said they close at 10. I arrived at 9:05pm. I felt very awkward. The younger staff was definitely ready to leave. However, there was other people. They did not come toy table other than give menu, take order, bring chips, then the food. I was disappointed. I really enjoy their food

Friendly & helpful staff. The restaurant was busy, but, clean and attractively decorated. My order was delicious. The chips are flavorful, but, not greasy. I love the large serving. I will return soon!
