I want to take a moment aNd call out good work. I ordered two double cheeseburgers but when I got to the car no cheese. I went back in and turns out they ran out of cheese. Ok these things happen, but Naya wanted to make it right. She asked how can we make it up to you, sir. I wound up asking for a soda. Naya gave me a cup and a great smile. She turned around a sale that could have been a disappointment -- keep her around!

What a joke. But what do expect from a Burger King in Coushatta, LA? Service is...... wait, what service??? Unless you're stupid hungry pass on by. Late night, only one in the drive through, and got asked to pull up to the front after paying at the window. Waited for a whopper meal w/fries for almost 20 minutes. No one else was there......

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Trash company and restaurant! Made 40$ online order got to location they had nothing said freezers were out could only make burgers. I didn’t want 40$ worth burgers plus my sons autistic and only eats nuggets asked for refund at the restaurant when I was told this they said they couldn’t refund my money so I got on the app to go to support made multiple tickets since the night of and I just now got a email back from them yesterday saying it’s been past 7 days they can’t refund my money!!! My family went to bed hungry that night because that was all the money I had to eat out with we left with NO FOOD the worse experience I’ve had with this kinda thing!! And now after all this time of reaching out and being ignored they are keeping my money which should be illegal they stole from me and my family that night and we will never go out to eat again after this!!! Save you time and money!!! Beyond disappointing!!

I didn't get to eat at this establishment because the doors to the lobby were locked on a Sunday at 11:54 a.m., and my 18-wheeler won't fit in the drive-thru.

GREASYYYYYYY!!! the sausage egg and cheese croissanwich and the hash browns both... I've never seen so much grease. It's like they take them out of the grease and straight in the bag... I put the bag in my lap and lifted it up. There was grease all over my clothes, Like soaking through my clothes.... So I put it in the floorboard of my car. when I got it out. There was grease all over my floor mats... not a good day, I was headed to a funeral already, and that made it even worse!!! Oh, and ONE (1) napkin, for 2 of us!
I ordered onion rings but got fries. I also ordered an ice coffee because they were out of Dr. Pepper and received a coke. I went back, and one of the other workers made it right. I may give them another chance to get it right. But I'm not going out of my way.
