the ribs are fall off the bone ,finger licking good. the brisket is tender and juicy and the chicken is cooked to perfection. I told them I would be back on Friday and here we are. Just picked up a slab of ribs and a whole box of smoked chicken to eat on all weekend. I even got a whole quart of the delicious sauce. Ya'll if you are hungry for Bbq please go see these folks. It is worth the trip to Coushatta just for the bbq. These folks are so friendly you feel like family.
