Cheese curds were great. Hamburger was good but for the price it’s better looking on the menu . Prolly not the place to get burgers at if you want a good sized burger imo .

My wife and I stopped here on the way back from a Doctors appt with a specialist in Shreveport. The lady at the counter was named DeRay. We were having a rough day because of the doctors appointment. My wife was pretty down. DeRay was so sweet, kind and welcoming. It brightened an otherwise bad day for us. Thank you DeRay for your kindness and hospitality. You truly went above and beyond. Thank you for brightening my wife’s day.

Never have I ever pulled up to a “fast food” restaurant and been told that they aren’t serving anyone because everyone is on break. Such a waste. Will never stop there again.

Use to eat at this location a few years ago when it was the best hot fresh food, went yesterday before dark, pulled up in drive through to order and heard gossiping on the mic while trying to order, also was told to pull up for minutes to come out to my car with missing items and was told she would go back in to check, after waiting an additional 2 mins for someone to come back to the car with the items no one came, so I pulled back aroundto the window and reminded them I was still waiting and the little young Caucasian who was supposed to bring it. Back to me was just standing there looking like she was lost or something . Food was horrible . Not to mention on. A burger where I got two bottom buns on top and bottom. Never again a waste of money for sure

Got my order wrong twice in a row so I just left. Very low effort from the staff. Instead of cooking a new burger after they got the first wrong, the cook just partially scrapes off the top cheese/wrong toppings/sauces, then puts on a new slice of cheese over the scraped off stuff and somehow misplaces a whole hamburger patty in the process. New burger comes back missing a patty and still has the wrong sauces on burger.

Got the 10 minutes before closing time and they had doors locked

We tried to go inside to order our food and eat today. The doors were locked and no one inside would make eye contact with us. I understand if you're short staffed etc. But there should at least be a sign on the door.

We waited like 20 minutes on our food, and the burgers were so sloppy. They were not put together well, everything was falling off, and so much mayonnaise that I couldn't taste anything else. Would NOT recommend!

Dairy Queen in Coushatta flattens their bread and hamburger buns. It makes the bread and buns so tough that they can't be eaten. What's the deal? Does all DQ's do this?
