Mrs. Shellie's was recommended to us by someone at the truckstop. 1st of all she and the lady that worked there were such a nice people & I loved the atmosphere. Then she backed it all up when I took a bite of that burger...wow wee that was the best burger I think I have ever had. I truly enjoyed everything about my visit. My FAVORITE big messy delicious burger place in Coushatta is SHELLIE’S!! The ground beef patty is thick and flavorful, the bun is fresh, tomatoes and pickles delicious and best of all- grilled onions! Oh so tasty!!!
