Im not sure what people expect of a standard Mexican restaurant. But it was great. Ordered a bit of everything for myself at around $45. Not heavily seasoned and perfectly cooked. Salsa was good, people think a runny salsa means it's been refrigerated for days or something. Lmao. Every sauce has its purpose. Waitress was funny too when I gave her $5 tip. Hesitated a bit, thought it was a 50 and then the face of sadness. I'm a trucker and walked up there from the chevron....
This was my first time here in years, it was under a different name when I'd gone years ago and it was dirty. I was very surprised!Food was delicious and so FAST! Great service, clean, big portions!
We stopped here while driving up to Shreveport. The decor was nice and s fresh. It took a while to be seated and we ordered promptly: me getting the grand burrito and the wife getting the chimichanga - both steak.The food did not take long to arrive and the chips and salsa was good. We found the food to be okay but nothing special.
