Decided to go here for some boudin and walked out with fried okra and chicken and sausage gumbo and of course boudin & all the food was definitely amazing everything was fresh and the staff was very welcoming and sweet felt very at home i will definitely come back when im in the area

The best boudin in this city. Mostly consistent in seasoning and flavor, although sometimes the mild has a bit more kick than expected bc it is usually very (almost too)mild. They aren't open on Sundays, and don't pull up on the driveway almost at closing time. They will turn you away after you've waited in line. We ordered 1. Catfish po boy 2. Shrimp po boy 3. Chicken /sausage gumbo 4. Onion rings.
1. The fish sorta tasted like dirt. BF said. Just add Tabasco. 🤣
2. Shrimp poboy wasn't bad. BF said the bread wasn't to his liking but the shrimp was a little fishy.
3. Chicken was OK, roux was a little burned.
