Ordered my husband the grilled chicken Santa Fe Salad which he loved but I ordered myself the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and it was not even close to any Quesadillas I have ever had in my entire life. Tortillas were so crispy and overcooked if you took one bite it broke up into pieces. Cheese and bacon bits were stuck together to one side of the tortilla and hard. It was more like a nasty thin crust pizza. Service was phenomenal and the atmosphere is always great otherwise!

Our food took forever to come out and when it did, it was cold. I ordered a grilled shrimp salad. I was served a side salad with 6 tiny shrimp. My husband’s burger was so raw, he couldn’t finish eating it.

Stopped for lunch with a coworker. The food was very good and in large portions.
Walked in and several workers looked at us and never said or acknowledged us. We have been at this location several times over the years and never had a bad experience. Very disappointed and felt like chilies didn’t want my money. May never walk in at this location again.

The chili’s in Crowley is just as great as the one in Lafayette. the Staff here are chill/nice and my food always comes out fresh & i will that that’s something i pay attention too aswell, i always love the triple dipper worth the money to me, 3 of your favorite things in one whole meal ?? if i’m being honest i have nothing bad to say about chilis because it’s my favorite restaurant for good i love eating.

This place needs some attention. Short staffed. The staff did what they could but it needs better cleaning. Our waiter was the bartender and host. Had to wait 30 minutes to get served. Food was good service is ok but hiring more members would help. Snd clean inside snd outside and repair broken lights in parking lot.
