Got to meet the General Manager today on the same day that i first came to this place. Food is fantastic and the selection of sauces are great. Ask for the sweet bbq and the spicy bbq combined. It was fantastic!!

Warning: This is not a Dickey’s BBQ Pit store. It’s a bar called Sam’s Place that has a deal with Dickey’s BBQ. The food is not up to Dickey’s standard. I paid for one pound of kielbasa and didn’t even get a quarter pound. Don’t recommend.

Working out of town thought I would get some Uber eats. So I found dickeys barbecue, thinking yeah I could do with some good barbecue and I could have unfortunately dickeys did not fit that description. I never do this, but the food was quite disappointing. Got the three meat plate and I did not have a drop of seasoning anywhere on the brisket the ribs or the pulled pork. The meat was tender. Just didn’t have any flavor seasoning or smoke. But I will give them this. They’re consistent because the coleslaw and potatoes didn’t have seasoning either. Good news is the pecan pie was decent. If I were them I would continue buying it from the store they bought it from.

March 26, 2021 I'm at Dicky's Barbecue Pit and they are CLOSED?? Its 8:50p.m. and they are closed up, lights off, place is EMPTY, i tell you.... So, NO, Dicky..I won't be ? having any of your AMAZING brisket this weekend, even though I drove 35mins to come to Meridian JUST to get Dicky's, but that's OK, y'all just close up anytime y'all want to, I'm thinking all companies should follow your new business model. ?
