Highly recommend impact nutrition for all your meal prep needs!! The pre-made meals are DELICIOUS and have the nutrition information labeled for each meal. Their salads are delish - my favorite is the Caesar salad. The smoothies are great! The açaí bowls are even better!!! I also love stocking up on my favorite protein bars and energy drinks when I’m there. Overall, love impact nutrition and the staff!

The açaí bowls are absolutely to die for—fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. I also love all the products they carry, especially the greens and protein powders.
