Dine in here on Monday August 4,2025 a little before 9:00PM. I had ordered the quarter pounder with cheese. I barely had any hamburger meat on it. Brought it back to the counter told the worker it wasn't the right hamburger meat. It was literally the size of the new trend of the smashed burger. I had asked for a bigger patty. Only to be told that I had to pay extra for it. Why should I? Had to wait over 10 minutes for a new one. Only to get something that I didn't order. The server was rude and had an attitude when she handed it to me. Never again at this Crowley Louisiana location.

Second time it was a mess up on my order by time I made it home who wanna drive back just so u can fix sumn that should be already right if I placed a mobile order cheese on bottom bun throwed on there then one burger missing a patty then I called she ack like I was lien ! Ion even play like tht

I'm old so I notice the interaction between the customer and the business is almost eliminated completely. You can place your order and pick it up and eat it without ever speaking to a McDonald's employee. I'm not saying it bothers me, I'm just saying that I notice.
