The place is adorable. The atmosphere is rustic and homely.

The service is okay. They're not rude but they don't offer any help with ordering if you're a first time customer. You order at the counter when you first walk in (deli style) but the menu on the wall doesn't offer many details and when you ask the person taking your order they will answer as fast as possible in order to move you along.

The burgers are advertised as fresh ground beef but it's very obviously a frozen patty. The texture and flavor are a dead give away. They barely season it and if you pay the upcharge for bacon, you'll only get a few shriveled half pieces that you can barely taste.

Chicken tenders were okay. They had good seasoning.

Fries are very bland standard fries that could use a bit more time in the grease to get a bit crispier.

We arrived on Sunday 8/17 around 11:30. I ordered fried shrimp with onion rings. The food came out quickly. The temperature was not even warm. I understand prepping for the Sunday rush. I was very disappointed. Another person at our table ordered a baked potato. His food was also cold.

I apologize for someone making a fake account with my name and photo. E.J. Holt is a fake account. Really enjoyed eating here. The loaded potato skins are amazing

Next time you think about eating PJs. Never buy the burgers they're trash. Pj grill just isn't the same anymore do better because your trash burgers are terrible. I should've just went to sonic because this ain't it. Overpriced trash aka PJ grill

So I don't never put reviews on here and I love going to eat at pj's grill in crawley, but this morning, I don't know who did the breakfast, but the grits was very, very salty to where you can't eat it, but everything else was awesome

I like the new look, but the prices have gone up exponentially and quality down. Plus the lady with the grey short hair is very RUDE! Maybe she hates her job? Maybe she should find a new one. Went in there today because my daughter wanted a shrimp platter. Well, $20 for the platter and a drink, she received only 8 shrimp and a small handful of french fries. I got a Cajun burger with cheese, small drink and fries, $10. I guess that makes up for the shrimp, but my fries were cold and old. Couldn't eat them. The girls tried talking me into a larger drink since the small is tiny, only 8 Oz, but I declined since free refills. Will not be returning.

The serving size is ridiculous. It well worth the trip. Definitely will be back next time I'm in Louisiana.

Food is mid, definitely not worth $18 for a meal.
Service is quick, but not friendly.
