Much thanks again to Kylie for making my first visit to a PJs Coffee special. Her awareness and customer service is exceptional. The hot mocha coffee I'm enjoying is delicious 😋. If you have an opportunity to try their cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven, you'll be as lucky as this Irishman here. Their beignets are good too, and I appreciate the chocolate dipping sauce. I think the spinach and feta croissant needs a lot more feta and more spinach, but I couldn't resist trying it after seeing how good it looked.

There is one too many high schoolers working here. Do they get the job done? Yes, they do. Do I get my order by the end of the day? Yes, I do. Are they efficient and competent to run the WHOLE shop? No, no they are not. It takes them either a whole 20 minutes or a reminder from the customer to finish the order they were asked. Phones. I doubt I need to elaborate. And WHAT IS WITH THESE PRICES!? 5 BUCKS FOR A DAMN CROISSANT? ABSURD!

Just stopped by at 6:30 pm on a Friday attempting to get a drink & was told they were closed. I get closing early, but an hour and a half before the listed time is a bit ridiculous. The hours listed online and on the door both stated 8 pm close time. I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to stop here if I’d known the hours were just posted for show.

I had the most amazing experience at our local PJ’s Coffee. Not only are their coffees and pastries ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS but their customer service is TOP NOTCH! I placed a large group order and the PJ’s Coffee team went above and beyond by recommending local favorites and ensuring I had sample cups and extra napkins. They made my order quickly and the pastries were baked fresh! You will not find this service at the other coffee place in town. We are blessed to have this gem in our small town. I will definitely be back!

I'm usually a fan of PJ's Coffee, but my recent visit to this particular location was a bit disappointing. The service was slower than what I've experienced at other branches, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the ambiance inside the shop was far from the warm, studious atmosphere I've come to expect. Instead, the space was lit with overly bright fluorescent lights, making it less conducive to relaxation or study. On a positive note, the coffee itself still tasted great, maintaining the quality I enjoy. Hoping for some improvements to match the cozy vibe and quicker service of their other locations.
