Chicken sandwich never disappoints. Staff seemed stressed out and wasn't to friendly. Bit of a line. But Chicken sandwich was hot and fresh 😋.

After a long day I placed my mobile order at the Crowley location by mistake. LaShonda went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my order was made right. She not only called me back after the mishap to let me know that this could be corrected before i made the drive, she also called me to reassure that she had spoken to the correct location and it would be honored. As someone who has worked in customer service for a very long time and is a leader of a team that takes this very seriously, thank you for taking your job serious and benefiting the customer when needed!

It doesn’t matter what day of the week and what time of the day this place is garbage. The food is garbage. The people are garbage never fails. Places is trash.wrong orders and cold food is what to expect…

Food was delicious as expected, service was sufficient, and restaurant was clean. Parking lot was good size for any vehicle, and easy off/on the interstate, if you are traveling through.

They told me it would be an eight minute wait on spicy chicken. It was well over eight minutes as i put a timer on my phone. This is ridiculous, I've never had to wait so long to get fast food!!! Very disappointed!!!

Went to Popeyes in Crowley for the first time in over a year and nothing has changed went at 5:15 has to wait 10 minutes for my order to be taken in the drive thought then had to wait for food people were parked everywhere waiting for food must have been for fries because the chicken was so dry couldn’t eat them must have been under a warmer for awhile fries were very hot only positive was the nice lady working the drive through well I guess I’ll try again in a year it’s a shame the shape this once great franchise has become

I just want to say, whoever brought in the new General Manager. Was the best thing that ever happened to that store in a long time. He works with his team take time with the guest. And every one is always happy all the customers said the same so I just want to say thanks to him.
