Customer service needs to be taught to the owner instead of her passive aggressive attitude; berating customers in front of other customers. Owner "claimed" I went in there today 4x when I only went in there twice. Considering there is a sign that says limit 2 dozen tamales, I only got one. I figured I could get a dozen frozen. She was very rude to me in front of another customer. Then when I call to tell her how extremely rude she was she did not apologize but hung up on me. I do not recommend this establishment; especially if you are visiting for an authentic Cajun experience. We do NOT act that way down here.
