Worst customer service ever. Order clearly stated all 3 sandwiches were to be toasted. Only one was. Went inside to try to have order corrected, and was told the sandwiches were "lightly toasted" although cheese was still cold without any signs of being toasted. Worker offered to microwave sandwiches while veggies and mayo were on them which is absolutely disgusting. Lack of food safety knowledge and quite frankly a piss-poor attitude from employee was absolutely disgusting. Worker would rather lie to try to cover their own butt instead of doing their job which isn't difficult to do.

Hey my name is Devonte I was at subway only tryna get a sandwich and a guy name Mr.Andy was very rude using profane language and calling me N words against my religion and I didn’t like it at all . Then I asked to speak with the manager name (Mr.Tony ) and he laughed in my face with the employee and told me to get out he wasn’t gone sale me anything after I told him I was gone get in contact with corporate this needs to be stop immediately.

I paid 30.00 for 2 sandwiches that the bread was so hard u could hit it on the table...and the bread was so small and not even poofed like it should have been...then when you call to let them know they take a deep breath like it's ur fault the meal is messed up ....NOT ? a good experience. Soud like the manager wasn't professional either.?

My mom went during dinner time to order. For some reason customers weren’t allow to see the food. She was disappointed that she couldn’t see how the employee fixed her food. Hopefully no bug landed in the food because customers couldn’t see. Other customers complained as well. The employee didn’t toast her sandwich because it was still cold. Usually it’s warm after being toasted.

I showed my coupon while ordering but waited until checkout to say they don't honor. Tried to charge me $19 for just a sub because it was made different than I ordered. First and last time going there.

If you go in trying to use a coupon, they won’t accept it like other subways. If you order online, you can use the coupons, but your food will be horrible. my sandwich was not toasted and also other items that i asked for to be on my sandwich was not put on my sandwich.

Always loved Subway, but not this one. For whatever reason, they don't take coupons, which you can see why that's bad. And the last time I went, the people there were... kinda irritated and looked angry. They would shove and slightly slam the oven door and halfheartedly replace supplies. Food is awesome as always and the atmosphere was good. The service was intimidating, though.

Business is to far left in a well established shopping center about 1 mile south of I 10. Space is well kept and clean with all the usual amenities. But the staff does not like their self amusement time interrupted, I got the hand. The subs were assembled with flare and an appreciation for the unique and greatly overstuffed. Management has decided not to accept corporate coupons and this will make people look for fast food vendors that do.

This subway I'd raunchy yet unfit for consumption doesn't not honor coupons for buy 1 get 1 free quite frankly it needs be closed down replaced with far better more quality of meats . It's owned by chemical engineers firm in California. I won't ever eat there get a jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's new Crowley eat real not processed foods. Sub taste like field shyte in grain3 Close it down by not patronize this location. Our local restaurants are healthier than this mediocre place.
