I want to eat what I’m paying for, not something that is relatively close a bean burrito ain’t a 5 layer they are different prices and all if I order a box I want a box not a burrito and soft taco. Ever since the downgrade to the electronic voice box system to the drive thru.. the service and the smiles and friendly staff have gotten terrible They don't even really talk much.. awful service and the lady with tats on the hands used to be mostly kind.. now she is always angry...Ai does not always make things better.. it can be physiologically demeaning for the staff and the customer.... Taco bell used to be my comfort food.. now the experience had made me feel anxious and unsatisfied

I've eaten hundreds of Taco Bell bean burritos in my life that are passably tasty, but this location has figured out how to make them tasteless and incredibly bland. I gave 5 stars for Service because I handled the whole order through the kiosk.
My favorite place to eat anywhere else except for crowley’s location. Manager stingy with everything. Get a burrito and get one layer of sour cream, one layer of dry ass rice, one layer of meat ( at the bottom ). Some of us really go here to fulfill our craving for tne taco bell we know and love and this just aint that place anymore. Swear i got my usual order (grilled cheese burrito) and didnt get a peice of steak until my last bite bc they do not know how to make a regular burrito. Not sure how you can even manage to do that without it being with the intent to piss a customer off. In fact if ur employees wanted to be lazy they could actually just sprinkle the shit evenly everywhere but nah ya’ll are making them layer my shit. Yall don’t even make burritos at home for ur family that way. Don’t serve me that shit,

Paid four dollars for a slushy and waited in line for a very long time so when I got to the window, my slushy was melted because it was premade and I asked them very politely if he could remake it because it was watery and he told me no, and that that was a slushy and that's what it is and shut the window on me. If I pay for a $4 slushy I want it to be a slushy not a regular drink. If I wanted a regular drink I would have paid for that instead.
