Ever go to taco bell get over charged. No recipes with prices. Soft Taco supreme no tomatoes. Nachos they add the cheese to the box 1st. 5 layer burrito sat under the light all day. Worst the drink machine so dirty the drinks are so nasty you can't drink it. Stop before in taco bell in Rayne or go to Jennings. Crowley do better. Making a taco isn't hard. Hate your job...get another one. Don't take it out on the customers food

This place at night is very much not what it is in the afternoon. I ask them can they make my food fresh. And they told that it is made to order. I spent 30$ I drive all the way back to my home 10 mins away and My wife and kids are complaining. This is exactly why I don’t go there. When I try and call back they just let the phone ring. This is and on going thing at nite and the Gm needs to step up the night crew. Because they don’t care. I need someone to refund me are just make the food fresh I paid for. Look who the did the Guacamole that I ordered. Just sad

Nacho didnt have extra cheese or jalapeño peppers like I ordered and it barely had any sour cream. Then my daughter ordered a chicken strip taco. The chicken strip was old and she had no sauce on it. Then she ordered two softshell tacos and they gave her tacos with tomatoes and wasnt even was she ordered? I tried calling over and over. They kept the phone off the hook very disappointed The food wasn’t worth what we paid for it.ill be calling tomorrow to explain how my order was completely messed up and couldn’t even report it because they wouldn’t answer the phone . Very unprofessional.

Horrible experience!! The new robot system that they use for the drive thru is really inconvenient and it sucks. The guy at the drive thru window did not speak a word. Not one word!!!! Then I got my order, and stopped at the parking lot across the street to check our food and was missing/wrong items. We pulled back around to the drive thru line just to wait over 15 mins to get to the window. When I got there I told the same guy what I was missing and he turned around and spoke to his coworker and she spoke to me. He never said anything to me. Our food sucked and the service sucked. The quesadillas weren’t even cut!! Like no lines showing an attempt to cut it. 0/10 do not recommend!!

The drive through was ran by AI and even that seemed like it was being short and impatient with us. We tried to ask a question about the menu and it didn't understand, it just kept adding to our order, including a drink that they didn't have ( we didn't know until we got to the window and they said they didn't have that drink there). Our experience would have been faster and better serviced with a real person.

This Taco Bell is alway, always out of items and it seems the manager doesn't care to do anything about it. Also they are scimpy on the meat in their tacos and burritos. there are to many Taco Bells that do way better, than to go to the Crowley Taco Bell

This place gets my order wrong every time. I want to eat what I’m paying for, not something that is relatively close a bean burrito ain’t a 5 layer they are different prices and all if I order a box I want a box not a burrito and soft taco. Next time yall get my order wrong I’m calling the health inspector

The new drinks are delicious, but at four bucks, I'd rather get a cold beer! And the tacos are now two or three bucks! What happened to the 59, 79, 99? Oh, wait. That was the 80's. Dang, how old am I? I'm still coming here so there must be something good! 👍🏼😎

Ever since the downgrade to the electronic voice box system to the drive thru.. the service and the smiles and friendly staff have gotten terrible
They don't even really talk much.. awful service and the lady with tats on the hands used to be mostly kind.. now she is always angry...Ai does not always make things better.. it can be physiologically demeaning for the staff and the customer....
Taco bell used to be my comfort food.. now the experience had made me feel anxious and unsatisfied

Food is always cold!!! You call the store the manager says we should have said fresh. (I said fresh the guy at the window said they just dropped fresh food and it was all cold!) I’m sorry i didn’t know I was paying for old food!
