The chicken filets in the chicken sandwiches were really dried out. Asking for fries without salt meant they had to make a fresh batch and scoop out our order before adding salt. Sure enough, the fries were the highlight of our meal.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way management at this McDonald’s treats people. I called the store to ask a simple question about whether someone was eligible for rehire, and the manager, Tessie, spoke to me with a rude, dismissive attitude from the moment the conversation began. Before I even finished asking my question, she hung up on me.
I reached out afterward for clarification and was given vague, unhelpful responses that didn’t address why I was treated with such disrespect. On top of that, I was told completely conflicting information about the rehiring process—one thing over the phone and a totally different explanation later on. It’s clear that communication and professionalism are lacking severely in management.
No customer should be met with hostility for asking a simple question, and no manager should behave this way.
McDonald’s needs to seriously look into the way this location is being run, especially by management. Unprofessional behavior like this drives people away, not just as customers but as potential employees as well.
I tried to get answers afterward, but all I got was confusion, conflicting information, and zero accountability. No one deserves to be talked to like that—customer or not. It says a lot about the atmosphere of a place when the management can’t even show basic respect. Also nothing but horror stories about manager Tricia. That’s why they can’t keep staff. It’s the way they treat people.

Just cuz u do door dash don't mean ur food should come stall fries🍟 n cold n in little pieces.. My grand kids had to pick thru the fries to find soft ones..

My daughter and I went there for lunch and when she was eating she found a hair in her barbecue sauce and for dessert she found this Long hair in the s'mores McFlurrie and I found a black hair in my burger.

Horrible. Always gets orders wrong. 2 lanes for the drive thru, but they only use 1. Waste of money adding the second lane if you are not going to use it. Also, the employees really need better training.

Kid-friendliness: No play place for children at this McDonald's.

Just went in there to get ice cream, with my little service dog, a HUGE, HUGE, woman preparing fries came out to TELL me that "
"I can't have a dog in here", as this was her place, I asked if she was the manager, she said YES.... Hard to believe that, McDonalds, that has been labeled for unhealthy food and obesity, yet, a Five foot '2 woman that is about 350 lbs is the manager, right? duh

If I could I would give this dump a negative 5. The staff had 3 people on break at the same time. My online order of 2 coffees took over 20 minutes to complete. The tables are almost always dirty. If you don’t ask for straws or napkins, you’ll end up going home without them. The manager is a racist.
