Always have issues here, either cold fries, horrible portions, ask for extra ingredients they just don’t bother, also don’t bother even trying to get a non spicy chicken biscuit (who wants spicy in the morning before a day of work?) even though they serve regular chicken McGriddles, they will refuse to make it work!! No point in reaching out for replacements or to customer service because you will get no response and no solution!

Go get a big breakfast with pancakes and get it to get and get to my destination and open the bag to eat my breakfast and low and behold no pancakes. People you have one job to do and you couldn't even get someone's order right. Bet if I was to dine in you would have gotten my order correct.

Took almost 30 minutes for anyone to get their food, some employees were not in complete uniform; not wearing the hats and such; one kitchen employee using her hands instead of utensils when placing meat on burgers and nuggets in boxes.
If I pay for a meal I expect it to be the full meal. I did not pay for a bundle to not get the chicken nuggets. If I didn’t want the chicken nuggets I wouldn’t have ordered them. Also, I wanted mayonnaise on my burger. Not burger on my mayonnaise. The entire burger was covered in mayonnaise when I unwrapped it. This happened last time I went to this specific location AND today. On top of that when I ate the burger I got so nauseated and I genuinely almost vomited. This has NEVER happened at another McDonald’s location. ANOTHER thing is when we were in the drive through getting the food there was an employee vaping in the back!!! So no I do not recommend this location nor will I be going back. Thank you.
