Terrible service. Ordered on the app at 5:15. Said it would be ready around 530. Showed up at 535 app said my pizza was done. Go inside to let them know i was there shouldn’t have to do that considering it’s curbside pickup. enter there is one person sitting waiting to pick up and one person at the counter paying and getting their order. I give my name, im told it would be a few more minutes bc it wasn’t ready yet. No one around the ovens, and then I heard my order being called out. It was a simple order 1 thin crust pepperoni and one hand tossed pepperoni. Takes 10 min to run through the oven. So I went back to my car bc they said they would bring it out when it was ready. Cut to 30 min later I get my pizza and come home. Open it up, my thin crust is cut wrong no biggie, open the other one it’s breadsticks. Call the store whoever answered was rude. Got them to make the one they gave to someone else, get back to the store speak to the manager explain everything and she gets an attitude. Bc I told her now my pizza at home is going to be cold bc I had to come back up here and pick up the one they screwed up. No apology or oh I’m sorry let me make you a fresh one. I made this statement when I called. I’ve worked in food service before, have a best friend who worked for Pizza Hut for years and her husband was also a gm. And my husband also worked in the pizza industry. The standards today are ridiculous! When you walk in and the person working the front counter has hair all over the place not pulled up in a pony tail or hair net, greasy, and just unappealing. And not a person I would put working with customers. Also when I walked in to get the remade pizza was completely ignored by the 2 ppl at the counter, not even acknowledged. Then I happened to see the manager walk around the oven and not acknowledge me either so I asked to speak to her. Then as I’m speaking to her another person walks out with my pizza and asks with attitude who’s this for. Toss the pizza on the counter and stomps off. I’m not saying I know everything but after running several successful businesses from the time I was 20. This is not how you treat customers. So tomorrow the store manager will be called, and after that the gm and the franchise owner. It’s so sad that people now a days have no care for anything and no pride in their jobs. This is a crap crew!

The service was good, but the pizza was... meh. They were crowded when we went in, so I brushed it off to that, but the crust was still quite a bit undercooked while the toppings were near burnt.
