I hand the mini crab cakes with the "Cray" sauce, very delicious. The blackened chicken sandwich was also very tasty. The grilled peppers were a nice touch to the sandwich. While all very good the food took an abnormal amount of time to get to the table.

I just stopped in for dinner. I ordered Seafood Pasta. Connor was my server and did a great job. My Pasta was supposed to be shrimp and crabmeat, there was zero crabmeat so I brought it to their attention. Connor and the bartender both said I was their 3rd complaint tonight. He took my plate back to the kitchen to add crabmeat. He came back with the manager who informed me that there was crabmeat in the Pasta and walked off. I told him I wasn't eating so I was given a $5 discount and sent on my way. I have never had a problem here ever until tonight. I will be contacting the owner!Update: 12/28Just got a call from the general manager Michelle...I was assured that this dish has been modified to make it right for the customer and the night manager understands the importance of a happy customer. I will be stopping in on my next run to Fouchon for more excellent food and service!
