This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a fast food place. I understand it was a Saturday and sometimes in the mornings breakfast rush can be busy. Well it wasn't. The Shift Lead Michelle Gregory was the worst!! I have no clue why you would make this person any type of leader. She was rude, had an attitude towards customers, complained about more customers showing up right there in front of them. This woman does not need to work in any kind of customer service! I feel sorry for the cook who was there with her as well she was being out right disrespectful to him. YOU NEED A NEW LEADER!!!!!

On June 19,2025 stopped at the Burger King in Delhi with a Basketball team wanting to eat there when we get inside the workers walking around and not saying anything to us about 10 minutes a young lady comes up and says can't order 1-5 on the menu saying the grill was not cleaned from the night before mind you this is 7:00pm grill still not cleaned
Their customer service was excellent but the food was horrible. Onion rings were cold and soggy, no marinara sauce for cheese sticks which were so hard couldn't eat them.

First off, they were out of several things we ordered. They didn't even have ketchup. Behind the counter was very dirty, and the woman taking our order definitely wasn't friendly. I complained to Burger King corporate and didn't even get a response. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Food is reliable consistent and I can stop anywhere in the US and be assured I’m going to have a great burger. On this trip, we had mozzarella sticks and onion rings to go with our double whopper and everything was great.
