Asst manager Clarissa, I believe that was her name, was energetic , friendly , and of great help. It's nice to see someone take pride and care in their job. That is something rarely seen in the fast food industry these days. She was hands on with the preparation of my meal right down to handing it to me with a genuine smile! Five stars for this Burger King!
Food is reliable consistent and I can stop anywhere in the US and be assured I’m going to have a great burger. On this trip, we had mozzarella sticks and onion rings to go with our double whopper and everything was great.

12/6/25 today I waited almost 20 minutes for my food while I stood at the counter. There appear to be five people working but I don't think any of them knew what the other was doing much less themselves. Just absolutely no teamwork and no hustle.
