My husband dropped his wallet in the parking lot here and unfortunately didn’t notice until he was an hour and a half away. He called and the employee was kind enough to check the parking lot and found it for him. He misplaced the receipt, so I’m unsure of her name, however, if she sees this I want her to know we appreciate her helpfulness & kindness immensely!
This place would be AMAZING if they ACTUALLY did their jobs. The first time I went (4 months ago) it took over an hour to get my food. It was half wrong. Went inside only to be ignored by the cashier and told they were EXTREMELY busy. There was a birthday party going on that was fixing to wrap up. FINALLY got all of my food after an hour and a half of being there. Went back again just a few days ago, and they still got my food wrong. Went inside to get it fixed and they got it...
Terrible!! Sat in drive through 10 minutes to be told to come inside and order that they weren’t doing drive thru orders. Go in, the girl looks dead at me and never speaks. One employee drops a drink, so the young lady that should be taking orders starts getting cup after cup of water just throwing it in the same mess. Finally after standing there. While with no acknowledgment, my kids and just walked out.
