We got 2 chicken strip dinners, no gravy in the box, asked for bbq sauce didn’t get it. Took over 20 minutes to get our food then it was COLD!!

Stopped in to order, we had but 2 meals in out of 4. The lady started giving us a total and we let her know we had 2 more meals to add and she told us to hurry up and order. The hospitality could have definitely been better. We told her to cancel our order and they weren't getting our money.

I’ve been there three times in the past week and no matter how many times I emphasize the groovy sauce it is always forgotten. This last time as well the order taker was frustratingly impatient with me as I tried to add a burrito and she just reiterated she knew I wanted extra of something else that I wasn’t referring to.

Could definitely use a little positivity, however the carhop I had the pleasure of meeting today was very kind and professional. The food got out in a timely manner and was so refreshing to see a new upbeat face. I didn't get the straw for my drink but kindness can go a long way so just for that one young man I gave this place 3 stars. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

It takes 39 minutes to get a breakfast burrito or even a cup of water. Don't waste your lunch break because you won't get what you came for. Food is crap.

I ordered at 5:30 on the app and checked into the stall very shortly after. the food didn’t come out until six. The ice cream was melted and the fries were cold. I called over multiple times to check on my order. This place is a joke every time I go.
They ran out of ice cream! What a disgrace to the franchise. They need to turn on their business license and stop bringing down the Great name of sonic.
