Could definitely use a little positivity, however the carhop I had the pleasure of meeting today was very kind and professional. The food got out in a timely manner and was so refreshing to see a new upbeat face. I didn't get the straw for my drink but kindness can go a long way so just for that one young man I gave this place 3 stars. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!
GAYLA WAS INCREDIBLE! A different Sonic messed up our order while we were traveling passing through and she was so kind and generous. She took her time to get the order refunded and replaced. She was so nice and so professional, which is quite rare for sonic.! You better keep this lady she is a GEM! In a world that has forgotten about Service finding one like her is a rare rare treat
Seems like every time we order a burger we always get no onion on anything. If we call them back & they take it they scrape the onions off & give it eight back. My husband is highly allergic he still swells up toung gets thick. So we just quit going no need spending money what little we have at a place and makes him sick. We are both on disability & dont get much. So it is a special treat to eat out.
