They confirmed mo onions 3 times, but it's okay, easy enough to take off. Consistent QC of their food is better than other BKs imo, service is always polite.

Food was burnt so bad it was not edible. It was like they put mayonnaise on the bun then fried it. I couldn't chew through it. And even the meat was burnt.

DEQUINCY, LA. Went pick up mobile order via Drive Thru and after being handed food (forcefully handed to me). I ask for ranch sauce and I had it thrown at me and the window slammed! I blew my horn (was ignored)! Knocked on the window and she opened it and I asked for a manager and her response was “I am the manager “ (young white girl with eye glasses) Wow!! Meanwhile she slams the window shut and starts laughing with the cook and who I’m assuming is the actual manager (white guy)! I’m disabled and this reminds me of why I don’t like going in public because people are rude!! Burger King if this the type of people y’all hire you should be ashamed! No professionalism whatsoever! If the roles were reversed it would be assault on the customer! Please remove the bad seeds immediately before there is a lawsuit!!

This is not fast food. Never coming back to another Burger King again. I go to drive thru with a simple order, one hamburger. Thats it. Just a hamburger, AND I'm told to park and wait for it when I'm the ONLY person there. What good does that do me? I didn't get my food quicker, heck it should have already been in a bag by the time I got to the window but no it wasn't. Appearenty the staff is too incompetent to work fast food and the managers are just plain useless. NEVER AGAIN. Not fast, not convenient. There's no redeeming qualities left.

Rude night crew workers and manager, order was not correct, no ketchup for the fries and onion rings .
Vegetarian options: You ask for no onion or tomato and they still put it on your burger
