We come here all the time - the food is always great and the ladies that work here are so sweet. My little girl especially loves the blonde lady that works up front and looks for her every time we go. Best catfish poboy I've ever had.

Killing Time
I usually have a great time and enjoy the scenery but I had a family gathering and they were very rude they said that they do not believe in gluten free products but it was not a lifestyle choice my friends boyfriend is deathly allergic to anything gluten I mean throat will close up and he will literally die if he eats it they said that they don't do (gluten free crap) and had they handled it in a orderly fashion and listened to begin with it would not have been a problem the have since emailed my friend again privately and said that they do not believe in the( gluten free crap) so if you have any allergies I would suggest taking an hour out of your day to explain to them why you can't have certain items or they will serve it to you anyway also the lady with blond hair was magnificent it's not her fault her manager is a cuck and had my friend been seriously injured trust me they would have sued.

Absolute worst service ever. They charge for water but don’t tell you until you’re paying the bill. (I paid $6 for water) They gave my fiancé shrimp tacos that were on flour tortillas. I asked if they could remake it with corn and the lady said they couldn’t so I asked if they could just take it back and refund it. She refused to take it back so I just gave it to someone else at the table. My fiancé has a gluten allergy that is serious. It’s not a lifestyle. When we went to go pay because the lady refused to come to the table to give us our check, we asked if they could take off the shrimp tacos since we didn’t eat them. I’m so thrilled to talk to Brandon, the owners brother, about my experience. Because the owner came by and said “is this about the gluten free crap” wow. That’s crazy to say right in front of your customers, one of which who has celiacs. Don’t go here, they don’t care about you. This is NOT a family restaurant. They made me feel like I was a nuisance just being there. Don’t give them your money. They will scam you.

We dine at Coconuts every Sunday, and our experience is consistently fantastic! The food is always exceptional, and the service never disappoints. The blonde hostess at the front is incredibly friendly and kind, regardless of how busy it gets. I’m a huge fan of the Philly cheese steak quesadilla, while my husband always gets the Shane’s special, which he insists is even better than Darryl’s 💗

This is easily the best place in DeQuincy to order food from. Have went inside and sat down there to eat. Have also called and ordered on the phone and picked up thru drive thru, but I have never had any kind of issue with the food or service. Highly recommend!!
