Food is not always hot or fresh. Chichen wings have soooo small and that is my favorite price of chicken bur there is no way I'm paying that price for that small thing. Now, the customer service is already good. They are friendly and kind. When I do call and tell them my food is messed up or cold, they always make it good.

Sitting at the drive through 20 minutes. car after car getting order... I stopped in dequincy normally not bad place. But today. I was served cold chicken the box cold the chicken cold. I ask how old is this? it cold! Her answer "well I just pulled it from the lights." Well just because it's sitting under a light doesn't mean it fresh.. & or hot. When it no heat the box is cold .. Who want old cold popeye. Not satisfied...

The food is usually fresh and hot, but it seems the staff has a hard time giving us the correct order. The last 3 times our order was wrong every time. They are willing to fix the order but when all you have is about 20 minutes to get food and eat there's little time to wait or go back.
