Food is not always hot or fresh. Chichen wings have soooo small and that is my favorite price of chicken bur there is no way I'm paying that price for that small thing. Now, the customer service is already good. They are friendly and kind. When I do call and tell them my food is messed up or cold, they always make it good.
The food is usually fresh and hot, but it seems the staff has a hard time giving us the correct order. The last 3 times our order was wrong every time. They are willing to fix the order but when all you have is about 20 minutes to get food and eat there's little time to wait or go back.
Delicious food and a family atmosphere. Always busy, but they you never have to wait long.
Parking: At least 25 or more places to park and even places for 18 wheelers to park.
