First off Miss April went above and beyond my expectation she fixed my sandwich exactly the way I like it so satisfying I will be recommending and looking forward to a wonderful atmosphere and experience
I got a 6-in cold chicken salad sub that I make myself telling them what to do it's very simple tomatoes onions extra mayo with chicken cubed I asked for extra chicken because the tiny tiny little container of chicken is ridiculous and they charge $2 per container I'll never go there again the people in Bainbridge give you a huge amount of chicken for the same price donaldsonville is a ripoff wouldn't go there again

A family member brought me home a sub recently. Not wanting my sandwhich toasted, I naturally assumed I that they would heat the meat prior to putting it on the sandwich, so I had an ice cold Rotisserie Chicken sandwich!!! If I had ordered steak, would they have given me a cold steak sandwich since I did not want it toasted? This review is only in the hope to make this a learning opportunity for the staff. Please provide better training for your staff. That would be of great benefit to the staff and customer. Usually we have no problems at this location and pleasanttly pleased when we go there.

I’m wasting my time writing this review, I doubt it’ll even be read, much less responded to.First, I waited 10 minutes outside at the drive-thru only to be unable to understanding the employee on the speaker when she finally returned, forcing me to come inside to place my order.Then, after ordering, Was charged $1.99 for a cup of water without an explanation after buying a $13 dollar protein bowl (extra meat) and being inconvenienced at the drive-thru.Look, if you want to charge for water, that’s your prerogative … but let me know before you take my money assuming that I already know since 99% of people do not charge for water.Girl was sweet but totally unprepared for this type of situation. I will not be back to this location if this is not resolved. I spend a lot of money here and feel extremely disrespected.And look, I’m not some cheap person, I regularly tip these employees everytime I come here. Last time, I tipped the young lady $10 because she was swamped when the store was understaffed and obviously stressed.1 star; not happy. Would happily remove review if I’m contacted and this is resolved.
