Don’t order online they don’t know how to read a receipt and act up and talk the whole time took 5 minutes to grab a cup from the front because they couldn’t interrupt there conversation the young black female with long dreads was doing her job the rest older were setting no examples and act like they don’t care I called and let them know my order was wrong and just hung up in my face because they couldn’t take the responsibility unprofessional.

The person is drivethru had thee worst attitude! She just opened the window & looked at me to place my order. I placed my order, paid, she handed me the food never said thank you. Instead as I was putting away my food she opened the window to ask did I need something else? I’m assuming because I was still at the window . Very rude, no customer service skills at all, I did try calling the number on my receipt to speak to the manager. I do not want anything in return, it’s just a shame how as I customer I felt so unwanted or as if my order was such an inconvenience.

I got a 6-in cold chicken salad sub that I make myself telling them what to do it's very simple tomatoes onions extra mayo with chicken cubed I asked for extra chicken because the tiny tiny little container of chicken is ridiculous and they charge $2 per container I'll never go there again the people in Bainbridge give you a huge amount of chicken for the same price donaldsonville is a ripoff wouldn't go there again
