A family member brought me home a sub recently. Not wanting my sandwhich toasted, I naturally assumed I that they would heat the meat prior to putting it on the sandwich, so I had an ice cold Rotisserie Chicken sandwich!!! If I had ordered steak, would they have given me a cold steak sandwich since I did not want it toasted? This review is only in the hope to make this a learning opportunity for the staff. Please provide better training for your staff. That would be of great benefit...
Everything is updated for social distancing. The counter is shielded with plexiglass. Floor markers for 6ft distance and the lobby is currently closed for dining in. The staff were friendly and efficient. I received the in and out experience that I wanted. I ordered the Meatball Marinara footlong sandwich and it was good. All the ingredients seemed to look and taste fresh.
