I got the 9 shrimp and 2 fish plate with fried rice. The shrimp were butterflied and seasoned excellently the fish were huge 2 very large catfish filets cooked perfectly and seasoned well.

I work in Donaldsonville and i probably eat Tams more than 3 times a month for lunch. The food is delicious and budget friendly, the large portion is just an extra bonus. The staff is super friendly, courteous and accomodating. I once ordered a tray of fish for work and not only was i able to pick it up the same day, but when i called the morning of i assumed that it was Tams normal business hours, but it was not. They allowed me to place my order and had it ready for me at the time i requested (which happened to be the time that they really opened. )
