Had lunch here, it is colder in the building than outside. It felt like you walked into refrigerator. Everyone eating was all freezing.

Horrible management and horrible service. The manager lied when I asked for a refund and stated they needed the GM there in order to do a refund which is a complete loe. I've worked in fast food long enough to know that is not the case. They gave me a sloppy small wrap and it demonstrated no care for what they do,possible poor hygiene and keep up in addition to a lack of consistency with other wendy chains that do what they are SUPPOSE TO. No one should ever go there and let that place shut down since they do not like their job and they rather lie then give customer service.

After deciding entirely to late to grab myself a snack I ended up putting in a mobile order at 12:30am knowing they close at 1:00am. I made it to the store about 5 min after placing the mobile order and I have to apologize to the sweet ladies who were working tonight. I know y'all are exhausted and ready to go home but the store doesn't officially close until 1 so I had to get my snack. The only complaint I have is that the double baconator that I ordered was not a baconator, but the ladies corrected the problem by just giving me an extra burger that I will be eating at work later. Thank you all for your hard work and providing a great service.

I've never been actually but a guy I follow on FB just posted a video about ordering 35 baconaters (double) and he said the staff were friendly and the food was made quickly and Kona lanehart has a note posted to get feedback and I was just letting you all know that video was viewed a couple thousand times!!!
