Wilson’s catfish are the best. We always get the whole catfish and they are awesome. We love the coleslaw and hush puppy bar as well. We’re trying the Sunday buffet tomorrow!!
We have eaten at Wilson’s about 6 times this Spring/Summer. Each time the fish dinners were excellent, the beer was cold and the staff and owner very friendly!

Really neat place close to Bistineau State Park. The owner is really trying, but he doesn't have great wait staff. The wait was long bc our waitress was frazzled. Steak was cooked perfectly but under-seasoned. Grilled veggies tasted like they were marinated in lighter fluid. Everything from the bean bar was delish. Fried fish was great.Shrimp platter was good too.

it has been a while since we have been there but was in the neighborhood and decided to come by. when we got there,there was 6 people waiting to be seated. only 5 tables occupied.( with maybe 2 people each. we were a party of 4. after waiting at least 10 minutes the 6 people in front of us walked out. I went and found the only person there and she said it would be a while. guess what we did..we left...if you are going to have a business with a sizeable amount of people showing up,you need more than 1 person working. we will probably not be back.
The food is great , the people that run it are very nice , most of all the service is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!
Ribeye/ 3shrimp/4onion rings/ 2 beers. $60. Totally disgusted! Overdone, fatty steak with no seasoning. Forgot shrimp. 3 late shrimp was $9. 4 onion rings. No salad. 1 waitress for the entire restaurant. Never again.

It’s been 20 years since I was here last the food is spectacular I had the Catfish Acadian, catfish with etouffee on top in a bed of rice.
