We visited for a tour of the entire shrimp process at David Chauvin’s Seafood today. Kim, David’s wife gave us the tour and she was awesome! Kim is so personable, kind hearted, friendly, and authentic! She explained the process in detail and took us step by step thru the processing plant. Kim thank you so much!
