I went to the Duson location the way home to Baton Rouge and ordered 2 large Dirty Rice and when I got home I had 2 large fries. It is a hour and half drive, so I can't go back. Guess you HAVE to check every order from every restaurant now because orders are always incorrect. I'm really upset because I know their Dirty Rice is amazing and that is normally all I ordered from there. Extremely disappointed. On top of it, they weren't busy.

Limited menu vs an actual full service Bojangles. But Every time I have been there, the staff is always friendly, the food is always delicious and on point. Definitely worth the drive!

My first time experiencing Bojangles. All I can say is WOW. I loved it! The tea is awesome! I was traveling from Mobile, AL back to Tyler, Texas and had to stop. I have heard of Bojangles but have not had the opportunity to try them out. I wish we can get one in Tyler. It is a growing city and the hub of East Texas. Largest city in East Texas of 114k outside of the D/FW, Houston areas. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly. I originally went through drive-thru and ate in my truck, but I had to go inside to buy two half gallons of their tea. Inside was very clean.

I asked I’m starving off the road - and I can assure you I was too white to get my order taken. One girl just looked at me like I was stupid. Then the lady that had an apron on - apparently the biscuit lady was on headset and taking an order. But the time she asked me what I wanted she was too busy - it was disgusting. I was the only white lady and I don’t treat people like that. But they certainly did me. And it was deliberate and noticeable. Black customers seemed to get their food just fine.
