I’ve been eyeing this food truck for a while on social media and finally had the chance to try them. We went on a Wednesday evening for dinner.
I originally wanted the crawfish pie fries but they sold out, and for good reason because they looked delicious. I got the beef and cheese fries which were still really good. I enjoy the fries because they’re 1. Krinkle cut and 2. Not fried hard. I like a good balance of soft but crispy fries and these were great.
The burgers were also delicious. I got the Spicy Mammy (sp?) one and it was really good! The beef was cooked perfectly, not overdone and dry. This is exactly what I think of when I want a good greasy burger. It’s not something I can have often due to not wanting my doctor to be mad at me if my cholesterol or triglycerides go up. But when I can get my hands on it, I’ll get it every now and then. Great job!

I keep forgetting to get pics of the burger before I devour it lol! But Catin’s definitely has one of the best burgers in town! Our go to burger is simply the Catin’s burger fully dressed…the onion jam is divine and the burger is actually still amazing without it lol! I also love that they have the #everybodyeats campaign. Check em out and see what it’s all about!

Burger was delicious but those chicken bacon ranch loaded fries were my favorite part!!!! The owner and his son was manning the food truck - love this little local business. Everything is reasonable priced & the owner was super personable! Go check it out - you will NOT be disappointed.

I don't care how far you are from Erath. DRIVE HERE!!! You will NOT be disappointed. I am the pickiest with burgers and always feel no one has a good burger. TILL TODAY! Get his spicy garlic pickles he makes himself even if you do not like pickles....thennn get extra on that burger! I am not a pickle person...now SOLD on only these. I seldon write reviews. This place is worth a review. We drove 50 minutes one way and will be back. I eat very little yet ate the ENTIRE Spicy Momma Burger.I don't mind eating in my vehicle for this. No restaurant necessary.Mr. Ronnie is very nice and pleasant. Great service!!

The burgers are absolutely delicious! Double Catin (ask for the Gene treatment) you will be ready for a good nap lol...the also grab an order of chicken bacon ranch fries. Poooooo yiiieeee!! Definitely my personal at the top of the list favorite burger in the area!
