Just been to McDonald to collect and eat at home, I ordered 3 meals and got ask to park up and wait, when our food came it didn’t have my daughter ice cream, so he said he’d go back, after 5 minutes of waiting he came back with 2 mini ice cream, not one big one, he was more bothered to be serving other people, now I’ve got home and open the bag and they’ve gave me the wrong burger, I ordered the double big tasty larger meal, I’ve got a double quarter pounder burger and all our food is cold, absolutely crap experience.

Been here probably like 150 times over the course of 4 years I’ve lived in erwinville and I’m just now leaving this review. Every single time I go , I think it’ll be better , they’ll actually do their jobs and get my order right. Out of the probably 150 times , I think my order has been correct like 3 times. I’m never one to leave a bad review but I’m over it. I will now drive to Baton Rouge or port Allen to get food. It’s ridiculous at this point. Idk what kind of hiring process they got but it’s bad. If you want your order to be correct , just go to port Allen or Baton Rouge. Erwinville McDonald’s can’t make burgers or even put salt on their fries. Save your money and go some where else.

Do not go here on a Thursday & I believe its Sundays because the evening crew on those days does not know what they are doing. It will take you an hour to get your food, the food will be cold, the drinks will be watered down, and the fries will only be half way filled. We had two orders that we waited 45 minutes for and when they brought it out they barely had fries in the large size, we gave it back to them to add more and they bring out the exact same thing without doing nothing, had to ask us what drinks we ordered because they didnt know, still hadn't gotten the other order yet so after dealing with this on multiple occasions I finally said something and asked for a refund for the first time. Not to mention other people they pull around and park in front to only forget about their orders as well. Other times we have let it slide to just not deal with it but this time I was over it because im not going to waste money on cold food, wrong food, or missing items.
The crew on the opposite shifts are absolutely amazing, get food orders right, and within a timely manner & the manager on that crew is the best but something needs to be done with this one crew because they dont know how to run & operate this place effectively.

I was literally bullied by the employees while waiting to pick up an order for DoorDash , when I reached out to McDonald's , they told me to contact DoorDash. I said this is an issue with YOUR employees NOT DoorDash , they just told me to contact DoorDash again. I will record the interaction if it happens again, I'm not going to be disrespected like that by anyone.
