Yesterday I ate at the Docks. They open at 4:30 and I went in around 4:15. They were super accommodating. They let me come in and get a drink until they started serving. The catfish was excellent. Most of all the staff and service was above par. I’ll definitely be back!

Great location on the lake. Food was great with one small issue. Service was great and staff was nice. Prices were very reasonable.I did knock 1 food star, because my wife's shrimp was no cleaned/de-veined. Not the end or the world, but not great.
Great place and food. Just wish they would have my potato ready with my meal. 2nd time I had to make potato to go bc wasn't ready. Also refills have to be ask for on drinks.

We went at 1ish on the Saturday after 7/4. They close from 2-5, so they were wrapping it up for lunch, but it was packed inside, so we sat on the patio. Plenty of fans, but it's still La in July, so ya gonna sweat. Ordered and they were out of lots of items due to vendors being on vacation and from the 4th (they were slammed then bc its on the lake). A couple items were wrong but they made it right-ish and comped what they couldn't do for us. Took awhile but service is iffy everywhere nowadays so we just rolled with it.

We was here on the weekend if the 4th order our drinks an took 34 min to get our drinks. Then we ordered our food an it took 1hr 45 min to get the food. This is after we paid 75$ to hold a table and then have to pay for the food too. Sounds like they need to buy bigger cookers for the food. The entire outside deck waited this

Chicken fried steak was like shoe leather. Baked beans were a pate from the day before. Visit before this the meatloaf had raw spots. Never again. The waitress was great and did what she could being shorthanded.

Their new Google page says they close at 2. Two of us walked into a full restaurant at 1pm and a waitress says, “I think we’re closed” when asked about seating and then walked off. Weird and won’t be back.

Perfect place for us to grab dinner tonight. Catfish D'Arbonne was good, but rice could have been more tender. Fried shrimp and fish was very good. Good coleslaw and hush puppies. Casual atmosphere. Friendly wait staff. Reasonable prices.
