I rarely if ever given a bad review but this is to the franchise owner of the McDonald's in Farmerville! GO SPEND TIME IN YOUR BUSINESS, it is suffering from bad service! This store should be a money maker with the amount of traffic, this store needs training and or replacement of employees!

They have no ice cream machine. Therefore no shakes no Sundae's no McFlurries no ice cream cones or anything else that is made with ice cream. They have not had an ice cream machine for months. And I was told they are not going to buy another because it's too expensive.

Had points for a free quarter pounder. I put no pickles, mustard, or onions. I also ordered a MEDIUM fry with a DR. PEPPER. I get to the window and the lady tries to hand me a sweet tea, fine. I tell her I had a Dr. Pepper. She gives me what I thought was the correct drink. I get my bag and I park to check my food. There’s pickles, mustard, AND onions on my burger. They also gave me a large fry instead of a medium (which was kind of a win) and she gave me Coke.. not Dr. Pepper. 😒

After leaving work I stopped and got one sausage biscuit and one hash brown. Nothing seemed off about it but after 2 hours of eating I got extremely sick. Turns out the food was old from the day or days before I contracted food poisoning. I will never eat at another MD

Got order wrong 2 times when finally got right the plastic thing they put between the pates was left on and cooked and they served it to me i went and told them the lady slammed it down and said she was not going to deal with me in a racist way I left whit out my food are money back called to complain they said they would get me a sandwich i want her fired that's what I want i have witness to this so maybe my lawyer can get more than a sandwich i was done wrong don't eat McDonald's

I stopped there and got some nuggets first off I order a 20 nuggets and got 15 Second now I’m sick Should have know something when the lady that handed me my food was rude I would never never go back there they disrespectful and it was a waste of of my money Never been to a McDonald’s like this one
