Best fish and seafood in town!! Weekends here are when the buffet is available and it has a huge selection of delicious desserts, variety of seafood, fries, or you can order specifically off the menu.
I used to come to the restaurant weekly with my dad almost 30 years ago, and when I came back to visit with my family, it was just as good as I remember it. It’s worth going out of your way for their weekend buffet with thin, crispy fried catfish and boiled shrimp.
Hickory Pit offers the normal Southern seafood buffet options, and standard menu items like Hot Sandwiches, Po Boys, Fried and Boiled Seafood. The servers are pleasant and sincere in making sure that you are well taken care of.
